This company is a complete and utter…
This company is a complete and utter scam.I am currently fighting for a £29 refund for a product that has caused me months, if not years, of skin damage. Their response has been to make the process as difficult as possible, ignoring their own 60-day money-back guarantee. The "Handmade" Lie They claim to be an "organic, handmade" company using specific Norwegian flowers. This is a total lie. The packaging reveals it is industrially manufactured in Poland and other locations. Their excuse that they need factories all over the world to "sell globally" is nonsense—legitimate handmade brands distribute from their source. This is mass-produced, industrial chemical cream, not a boutique organic balm. The Play-Doh Reality Don’t expect the scent of Norwegian flower. There is nothing organic about the scent. This balm smells exactly like synthetic kids Play-Doh. It contains strange little beads that just sit on the skin and don't absorb. It feels cheap, smells fake, and God only knows what ingredients are actually in it to cause such a violent reaction. My skin has been compromised-stressed, red, tight, and itchy. It’s by gaming me 3 weeks to try and get it slightly how it was !! Stolen Marketing Imagery Their "results" are highly suspicious. I noticed one woman they use for their "before and after" photos is actually one of the faces for Isagenix, a totally different company, for their liquid collagen. The results shown in their photos look like a surgical facelift—there is no way a cream (especially this one) achieved those results. It is deceptive to the core. Predatory Business Practices • Fake Reviews: I am convinced the majority of their positive reviews are fabricated. • Subscription Trap: They make it nearly impossible to unsubscribe, using website loopholes to keep charging your card. • Refund Refusal: They demand personal photos of your face to "verify" irritation—a clear stall tactic to avoid paying out their guarantee. Summary: This is not a genuine company. They are selling an industrial product under the guise of a handmade Norwegian miracle. My skin is ruined, and they are withholding my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am reporting them to Trading Standards and I’ve persuade a bank chargeback.
