Great customer service
Great customer service. I had a bit of a learning curve with this line but I am totally sold now. AR was very helpful and answered my questions very clearly. I enjoy the poetry a well.

Super Responsive Customer Service
I was having trouble figuring out how to cancel an order that was coming too early and change the frequency of my subscription to more closely match my use. "JK" responded almost immediately (the site says within 24 hours, but this was immediate and in real-time!), sifted through all the mess, canceled the existing order and rescheduled my subscription. JK delivered results that I was not able to do myself. Plus, they were kind and polite! I am already in love Frøya's products and now I love their fully-responsive customer service too!

Love It!
At first, the Froya products seem thick and a little greasy, but as they settle in and after the product has ample time to seep into the skin, the results are astounding. I wait about 20 minutes after application of the day balm before I add any tinted moisturizer. My skin feels supple and glowing. I was worried that I would break out or get a pimple from the products, but I have had no issues at all. Customer service is great and shipping is quick.

Product not for me, but customer service 10/10
The product wasn't for me, I couldn't get past the smell and I came out in deep, red spots. I think the balm, oily texture didn't agree with me so I can't give the product a decent review, sadly. The customer service has been excellent. So kind and responsive. Well done!
