Beautiful products, my skin has never looked or felt better. At the start of switching to this product I did experience spots but after a couple of weeks this stopped. My forehead looks so tight and shiny and NO Botox!! For reference I am 36

Not the usual experience although they handled it like legends. I reacted badly to the product and let them know and they refunded me and expressed concern. 10/10 for their response, it was quick and kind. Although the product wasn’t for me I wish them well🩵

The advertising annoys me, they say turns back 10 years of aging in 5 days. A biological impossibility for a topical treatment. I was gifted some at Christmas but if anything, I think it has made my skin worse. Of course, I can't compare to if I hadn't used it, but it just feels really astringent and harsh, despite it's "natural" marketing. I wouldn't be rushing to recommend it.

What made my experience great was that their response time was quick with regards to my concern about a product. They asked questions about my concern and replied with a solution quickly. I felt listened to and appreciated as a customer. The customer service was quick to resolution and replaced my order.

As long as I have it freshly applied, my skin looks ten times better, very dewy, evened out, and the fine lines are less noticeable! When it is either all absorbed or worn off, I can't tell much of a difference from before I started using Froya, but I'm hoping with time, that will change.

I would give it 10 stars if I could other than the fact that it took way longer than it should have to resolve this after I reported it, but that is not the fault of this person that is a systemic problem
