100% satisfactory customer service
I 've had a wonderful experience with the Froya Customer Service. My product arrived damaged (broken container) and they replaced it immediately, sending the replacement product right away! A totally positive experience also with their wonderful products! Mirka Bajaníková, Bratislava, Slovakia

Hi Mirka! Thank you so much for this, and I'm sorry your product arrived with a broken container, that's definitely not the unboxing we want for anyone. So glad our team got a replacement out to you right away, and that the products themselves are living up to expectations too! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
