I would love to write a review about the product but I have not received it yet and it's been 3 and a half weeks. Called customer service who were lovely and said they'd look into it..this morning. Got a reply at end of today saying they don't know where it is and will need to look into this further and that will take 3 to 5 days. Err, I'm only putting 1 star as I haven't got the product. I'd love to try it but if I'll only hear back in 3 to 5 days who knows how long it will then take to receive. It looks like a few others comment on the long delays in delivery. I don't think this has been lost. I think the campaign has created demand and current supply chain is unable to fulfill. Shame was looking forward to trying after reading all the hype. Edit 1 - it won't let me reply to your comment. Just to be super clear, I have been speaking and emailing with your customer service team and this was the result. If you're saying you can solve in 5 minutes, then why has your warehouse and customer service rep told me it takes 3-5days. The only reason you are saying this is because I'm putting a review out there and you're focussing on brand reputation. Edit 2 - I have now received your updated reply, and have updated the rating for your honesty about the reason and your customer service team. Once I get the product, I will happily revisit the review. I just hope more brands realise if you're honest with your customers, you will build loyalty from the get go, without them needing to go to TrustPilot to get attention. Look forward to receiving and trying the product. Thank you!
