Customer support is incredible
Customer support is incredible. Great communication. I love their products and was excited to try the hair serum. I have white hair and the serum stained it yellow so it’s best for all hair colors except white. They helped me immediately and I’m grateful. I will continue using their skin care. Thank you Froya!

They were so easy to work with and…
They were so easy to work with. While the product smelled amazing, left my skin feeling soft, and gave me a glow, it did break out my very oily and sensitive skin. I really wish I could have continued to try out the product, because I could see the benefits, but my particular skin just didn’t agree with the formula. They responded to me same-day and were so easy to work with. I sent them photos and they agreed that I should stop the product, and immediately issued a refund. They WANT their product to work for you, and if it doesn’t, that’s okay too!

Amazing products
