So far so good, two weeks in tomorrow, give it time. I was wishing there had been a bit more information regarding using these products. I believe I read to just use the 4 initially, the scrub 2-3 times a week. What do you recommend using to wash your face the other days? Did I miss something? Can I use sunscreen along side this, what about makeup on top? Are we supposed to just use Froya products? Their customer service was prompt, I appreciate that. I hope to see great results, using nothing else so to try to get the best possible outcome.

Hi Nicolette, great questions and I'm sorry the routine info wasn't clearer up front. You can absolutely use a gentle cleanser of your own on non-scrub days, and sunscreen on top of the day balm is totally fine, makeup too. The "don't use other products" advice is mostly about layering active serums or strong acids that could conflict, basics like cleanser, SPF and makeup work great alongside Frøya. While the products did not work with my skin, I have to say the customer support staff is fantastic. I had emailed when I first purchased with a question, and had a response in under 24 hours. 30 days in, a second question also answered within 24 hours. An then when I realized I was not going to make these products work for me, I encountered some difficulty with the on line form. Not only did I get a fast response to my request for assistance, but my refund was processed within 24 hours too. I am very sad that I could not make the products work for me as the service is amazing!

After 1 month I am pretty impressed with these products. Especially the excellent ratings on the Yuka App are very reassuring that I am using very clean products on my skin. I was very sceptical at first and I had to get used to the fact that the products are very hard to spread evenly on my face and they tell you not to use any other products. So I am happy that I did find a serum from Weleda with excellent quality as well to help with the use of these products. Am curious to see the results after a few weeks and months. For now I am very happy with these products.

I have been using this product for two weeks now, I was concerned because I have textured skin with large pores, the product seemed it could exasperate that- instead my skin appears Dewey and fresh! I’m really loving it! I’m 52 years old always looking for the best products for my skin .
