From my first initial email inquiring…
From my first initial email inquiring about pricing, I received a prompt reply from Varinea. We emailed a few times back and forth and I always received prompt replies. Varinea answered my questions and offered support if I needed it. Loved that I didnt have to wait days for a reply.

Great product & customer service
Great product and Fantastic customer service. I was just charged for a subscription I didn’t expect or need yet, and they refunded me and gave me the link to adjust my future subscription. They have also been very helpful anytime I’ve had a question. Five stars all round 💛

Beware - subscription purchases don't qualify for returns. Marketing claims on the website are probably AI. Way to good based on actual experience.
Horrible company and experience. A complete marketing scam. Sneaky return policies and subscription items DONT QUALIFY FOR RETURNS!?!? They nailed me for another $213 in products and I can't return UNOPENED despite the fact that I don't see ANY improvements in my hair or skin. They REJECTED my return???? There should be laws against this and I'll pursue with Better Business Bureau and FTC. They are making lots of money scamming customers. As with all the other 1stars - I will do my best to shout as loud as I can to warn others not to buy. Crooks!

I’ve been using FROYA Organics for a…
I’ve been using FROYA Organics for a few weeks now and really like them. I like the simplicity of the regimen and the way my skin feels and looks. Too early to tell if it’s helping with my jowls, wrinkles and loss of volume. I’ll stick with it and hope for the best!

Amazing Customer Service at Froya
Love this product and love this company! I had a small issue during the delivery of my products and their amazing customer service team not only responded right away - they quickly took care of everything. Very impressed and good to know there are still companies who actually care about the people who buy their products, especially online.

My skin looks vibrant after only a few days of use! I even noticed it helped heal a little scab from a pimple, more quickly than usual.
