The Froya Organics products are…exceptional
The Froya Organics products are exceptional. When I order all of my items I didn't expect much but quickly realized they aren't ordinary. I am very pleased with my hair and facial products! I have started to see small changes in my hair growth and thickness and my face smoothing out! I love these products!

Leaky Rosemary Spritz
I had received a bottle of rosemary hair spritz that leaked, the box was wet, but 80% of the product was still in the bottle. I wasn’t all that worried about it, but did drop a quick message to let Frøya know what had happened. Within hours, they’d responded to address the issue and are already sending me a replacement. I really hadn’t expected all of that, but was pleasantly surprised and grateful they had wanted to make it right. Thank you so much! I look forward to being a loyal customer 🫶🌻🌿🦋✨

This product is amazing.
This product is amazing.. I'm 57 and felt like my skin needed waking up a bit, this balm has definitely done that. Its really easy to apply and my skin feels so lovely after. I even had compliments from 2 separate women who said i was glowing. I'd definitely recommend this and will be buying more once this has run out.
Response from Froya OrganicsMay 13, 2026
Lisa, getting told you're glowing by TWO different people?! That is honestly the best review we could ask for!! ✨ Love that the balm is waking your skin up. Thank you so much for sharing, and we'd love to have you back when you run out. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Extremely happy!
I have had a wrinkle line on the left side of my face, on my jawline near my chin. I was surprised that not only does my skin look more fresh, bright & dewy, but that the appearance of this line has been greatly reduced. I'm honestly a little stunned! I've been using the day, night, & eye balms. I have the scrub too; I haven't used it yet, but I will!
Response from Froya OrganicsMay 13, 2026
Heather, a stunned reaction is the BEST kind of reaction!! Seeing that line on your jawline reduce is huge, and I'm so glad the day, night and eye balms are doing their thing together. Definitely try the scrub when you're ready, it's a great addition. So happy you're with us! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

They have horrible customer service
They have horrible customer service. I would NOT recommend. They send zero reminders that your order is processing, just charge you the money. I asked to get a refund, but you can only return your first order. I'd be willing to bet it will be difficult to do so. While their product is nice, I will never buy again and will shout from the rooftops how horrible their customer service is.
