This is a subscription trap. Ordered two products deliberately as one off purchase but somehow was still signed up for a recurring charge. Then their AI customer service bot told me to get a better reading habit. Rude. Products aren't all that either. AVOID

Customers select either a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription themselves during checkout, and they maintain full control over managing, modifying, or cancelling those subscriptions at any time through their customer portal.
