UPDATED review Customer services contacted me by telephone and email to help sort out the order. They were excellent and refund was made within days of receiving the order with no return wanted. Im going to donate the products ive received to our localhospice raffle. Just beware when buying that you arent starting a subscription !! Unknowingly started a subscription. I jad a bad reaction to the instant redness stopper and my roseacea flated up big time.Had i known it was a subscription i obviously would have cancelled. No notification received of new order being prepped just a £56 debit to my sccount.!!!! Messaged immediately to be told oh no the label has been generated so its too late! Really cross as im very careful not to fall for subscriptions and actually picked froya above anither company as that was subscriptiom and i know it can be hard to cancel. At least it was transparent that ot was a subscription. Now have to wait 4 weeks for it to arrive to be able to return ,and another 4 werks for them to receive it and then god knows how long to get the money refunded. I cant use the products as they dont agree with my skin. BEWARE - its not a one off order!!!! I will be surprised if i ever get the £56 back - this seens to ensure they get st least 2 otders from unsuspecting 'clients' !!! Im Really didappointed and unhappy with this company amd would not recommend

We would also like to clarify that customers actively choose between a one-time purchase and our “Subscribe & Save” option during checkout. Subscription orders are not added automatically, and reminder emails are sent 7 days before any renewal order is processed, giving customers the opportunity to cancel or make changes at any time before dispatch. Regarding your order, once a shipping label has been generated and the parcel has entered the fulfillment process, unfortunately we are no longer able to stop or cancel it due to logistical limitations. This is never done in bad faith, but simply because the order has already left our direct control. That said, we truly want to help and we’ll personally review your case to see if there is any way we can help speed up the process for you. Sorry again for the frustration caused. This company and customer support is topnotch. I love the natural ingredients and feel of the products, however, I unfortunately had to discontinue use, due to an allergy to one natural ingredient. I will be working on developing a tolerance that will allow me to try again in the future. The customer care and sincere support I received was unmatched regarding a refund for the second shipment I forgot to cancel.
