I had to come back and edit this review which initially focused on the good customer service because in reality my skin has been ruined by this product. I used this product from January 2026 to May 2026. After the first month or so, I noticed millea beginning to form rather rapidly. I thought that maybe because of the oil-based composition of the lotions, I wasn't exfoliating enough. I began to use an exfoliating towel meant for the body on my face almost every night. This seemed only to make it worse. Eventually, in May I had electrolysis to remove the millea, but there were so many (especially on my cheeks and neck) that she could only remove about 60% as they were so deep in my skin. I immediately stopped using the products, contacted customer support and received a full refund of my last order - hence my initial positive review. It is now August and my skin is still so bad. There are still millea deep in my cheek and neck skin and every day there are new spots erupting as it all moves up through my skin. My skin is itchy and tender where there is so much congestion. I got married in July and my skin texture was so bumpy through my makeup and there were visible big, red spots on my neck in all my photos and videos - something I'll never forgive myself for. This has significantly negatively affected my confidence and self-esteem, even with my spouse. This is going to take much more time and financial investment to get my skin back to how it was before I used these products. These products may work for some but if you have even remotely sensitive skin I encourage extreme caution!!!! My initial review: "Really great customer service. I love everything about these products. I’m not sure if there are visible differences yet but my skin feels hydrated and happy. The ingredients are superb. It feels really good knowing that what I’m putting on and so into my body is pure.

I finally found the best product on the market! I am 38 and don’t wear makeup, I invest in skincare products. I purchased the best selling bundle with the day and night cream, exfoliating soap and eye cream , I have been using it for 2 weeks and already got rid of all the other products from other brands that I had. Thank you!!

Compelling and transparent advertising is very eye and mind catching. Website very easy to navigate and explore. The integrity of the ingredients and Froyas business is commendable. I am very much enjoying the rich emollient texture of the balms and fine grit on the face cleanse scrub is divine. After 2 weeks of use my face and hands are more supple and appear plumper. Can't really see much difference in the deep wrinkles but at 65, im guessing its gonna take more than 2 weeks to achieve any changes.

Great customer service! Fast, kind, effective! I will definitely order again from Froya as apart from good quality ingredients they are excellent in making sure that the customer gets what she wants!

Absolutely love this product. Works well and skin feels great. 5 stars for the product. 0 stars for customer service. My biggest issue is getting a customer service rep to contact me. Two days after receipt of my order, the eye cream container slipped out of my hand and shattered on tile floor. I immediately reached out to this company and requested a replacement. I communicated with their email AI bot and complied with all requests, to include a picture of the bottle. Crickets. I have emailed the Bot multiple times, been told that my issue has been escalated and a “human” will reach out to me shortly. Again crickets. I am 11 weeks out from my original purchase date and I have had zero resolution of the issue. It’s really sad because I love how well their product works however the customer service is so horrible, that I will need to take my beauty business elsewhere in the future.
