J'ai acheté 2 produits de la marque (1 de jour, 1 de nuit). Après seulement 3 jours d'uitlisation, je constate un "masque" autour de ma bouche. Comme quand on a un masque de grossesse mais sur le bas du visage. Comme je n'ai pas utilisé d'autre crème (puisque c'est ce qui est recommandé), je suis sûre que c'est cette crème qui a fait cela. Malheuresement on ne peut pas demander le remboursement immédiatement car il faut attendre 60 jours. Bien sûr, je ne vais pas continuer à utiliser ces crèmes...Très déçue. D'autres avis rapportant des réactions (différentes) existent.

I changed my mind once I ordered the product and asked to cancel my order. I worked with customer service rep AR. They were exceptional! Slow shipping caused my refund to take a few weeks but AR and I kept in touch though e-mail. They kept me informed throughout the process and I received a full refund. Thank you!
