Fast delivery even though I live in Switzerland. Love the packaging and the texture of the balms. I like how the skin looks like and the natural glow the balm gives.

Hei Claire! So glad the shipping was quick even out to Switzerland 🙌 And thank you for the kind words on the packaging and texture, the natural glow comment really made me smile. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Costumer service identified my needs, assisted in the reimbursement of items, which were unclaimed at the pick.up point and returned to the shop.

Hey Cora, thank you for sharing this! Pickup point issues can be such a headache, so I'm really glad our team could identify what was needed and get the reimbursement sorted for you. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I had an issue with my order and emailed on a Friday night. Within hours I had a response and someone worked with me on the weekend to fix my order. It was great customer service.

Liz, this means so much!! A Friday night email turned around over the weekend is exactly the kind of care we want every customer to feel. Thank you for sharing this. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

This product is highly coloured (orange) and it pockets in the lines of my neck skin creating a orange grease line. It smells horrendous. It is really claggy and thick. I looked like some sad American actor who had been on unregulated sun beds when I used it. Eventually I secured a refund of my order as I refused to continue to use it for the number of days that they expect you use it for before they will consider refunding you. Why would I continue to use something that looks and smells disgusting. To add insult to injury having refunded my initial order they did not do the logical and proactive thing and cancel all recurring 90 day orders. So yesterday I received an email telling me that my next delivery would be charged and delivered soon with a free gift. I have had to cancel my subscription and write to them again. I believe that they should have done this knowing that there is no possibility in the world that I would ever want their product again. While I can read that many customers are delighted with Froya products I am not. I want to provide some balance to the Trust Pilot reviews. If you love it please don't ask me to kiss you if we should meet and you are wearing this greasy, smelly, orange sludge and also prepare to wash all white clothing that might come into contact with the product on your skin as it will be stained orange. Better wrinkly than stinky, orange and wearing stained clothes. Good luck whatever decision you make.

This was a Mothers Day present to myself. Love it all! My skin is so moisturized and healthy. My breakouts have minimized and it's great even with a little makeup on. The face scrub is next level. I am actually looking forward to pampering my face and feeling good! Thank you!
