Jason was very friendly and helpful! What didn’t help and added to the frustration was the first emails with AI. I’d rather connect with a real human being. It’s more direct and in this particular situation the problem would’ve been solved faster. So no to AI and yes to Jason and the other members of the support team!

Very interesting how they have a high rating when they scammed me out of nearly $100 ,$98-00 to be exact. I havent tried the products as I've been too disappointed. Purchased this for $147 and debited $245.00 on my statement. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!
