I was disappointed with my experience. I purchased because I believed there was a straightforward 60-day money-back guarantee, which gave me confidence to try the product. Unfortunately, when I looked into using the guarantee, I found there were very specific requirements and detailed steps that had to be followed in order to qualify. I felt those conditions were not clear enough upfront. I also wasn’t happy with the product itself, so overall this was a frustrating experience. Buyers should carefully read all refund terms and conditions before purchasing so there are no surprises. After my above review the company reached out and made things right so I’m extremely happy with the customer service now and will continue to use the product for 60 days to see if I see results.
