Amazing customer experience! It is a pleasure to be treated with respect and kindness. Thank you!!
Response from Froya OrganicsJun 4, 2026
Thank you so much for this, Anna!! Respect and kindness should be the bare minimum in every interaction, but it genuinely warms my heart to know it came through that way. We appreciate you! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

This review is based only on an early morning chat session. Very fast response and answered my questions immediately. Not like other companies that keep you going around and around in the chat and then getting frustrated and closing it. Excited to receive the mature skin products.

Hey Joy! Fast responses, questions answered immediately, no runaround, that's the experience we want every single time. So excited for you to receive your products and see the results for yourself! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I accidentally placed duplicate orders and when I caught it I reached out. It was taken care of in under 24 hours by customer support (J. Mick), who was unbelievably kind in wanting to make sure my experience was top notch. This is my first experience with the company. Based solely on support, I’d definitely use again.
Response from Froya OrganicsJun 5, 2026
Zari, that is so great to hear!! A duplicate order is stressful to catch, and J. Mick getting it sorted in under 24 hours with kindness every step of the way, that's exactly the kind of first impression we want to make. Really happy you'd come back! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I love everything about the products, they make my skin feel great. The only thing I don't like is it makes my hair a little greasy if I am not careful. But I think its worth it.
Response from Froya OrganicsJun 5, 2026
Thank you so much, Amy Sue! So glad the products are making your skin feel great. The trick with the hair is using just the tiniest amount and keeping it away from the roots, but yes, totally worth it. Appreciate you sharing your honest experience! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
Colleen
I have been using the products for about two weeks now. My skin feels smooth and hydrated. I have an age spot that I am watching to see if it lightens. I have tried several products that were not very effective, but I am hopeful. So far I do like the products and will continue to use them as directed.
Response from Froya OrganicsJun 5, 2026
Hey Colleen! Two weeks in and your skin feels smooth and hydrated already, that's such great news. Keep watching that age spot. We genuinely hope it keeps surprising you. Thank you for sticking with us and for sharing this! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
