Ordered the set after seeing loads of great reviews online and thought I had peace of mind with the 60 day guarantee. These products are not for me at all. They have a very heavy greasy texture and my skin just does not absorb it, despite following all the steps to use just the tiniest amount and dampen skin. I also smell of chip fat. I've had to stop using the day time moisturiser as it makes my face orange and my make up just slides straight off. I am persevering with the night time routine but it's not pleasant. I ordered because of the 60 day guarantee but I have to use the product for 60 days and upload photos at 30 and 60 days. Can I find where to upload the photos?? Of course not. Send an email, get an AI response with more links that don't take you to the right place. Thoroughly frustrated and my poor face is not happy. Edited following an email from customer service after seeing my review. I have confirmed that I have really tried to make the products work but they are just not suitable for me. A refund has now been processed without me having to persevere with unsuitable skincare for 60 days at the expense of my skin

I love the product. It took me a while to get used to it as it is more thick than traditional store-bought creams. I uderstand that there is no water and that explains it. I have noticed a increase in tone and firmness in my 63 year old skin. I also found that steaming my face with a hot wash cloth in the morning helped the creams go on so much better.
