First of all, the products are amazing. I’m using skin care & hair care. Loving them both. I had a slight issue with my order (bottle had leaked in transit). They were so responsive and immediately sent me a new one. Their customer service is phenomenal and their Founder, Line, responds to messages as well. Great company, great values and amazing product line. Happy to have found them.

I can’t fault Froya Organics at all
I can’t fault Froya Organics at all. My recent purchase arrived beautifully packaged, and the product itself is wonderful. I contacted the company with a query and received an immediate response with genuinely helpful support. It’s rare these days to find a business that combines excellent products with such attentive customer service. The whole experience, from ordering to aftercare, has been exceptional. Love these products

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I ordered online. I forgot the coupon code. They helped me fix it after I placed the order. I haven’t got the order yet so I don’t know about the products, but I can’t wait to try them. The customer service was excellent.
