I can see the difference it the moisture of my skin. My "11s" have softened an are not as pronounced/deep.

The product was good but sent far too much and ignored my subscription cancellation, they doubled down on my Subscription so I thought I was paying £50 but they were charging me over £100 a month and still charged me after my subscription cancellation despite complying with their terms and conditions. Their disgusting marketing moral is not required and they would’ve had me as a life long Customer had they not taken advantage so aggressively. No more orders from me and I have reported it to my bank.

The products are indeed nice and probably effective, however all balms are very greasy and sticky, therefore the night cream sticks to the pillow and the day cream doesn't allow application of any make up. I have a normal skin type and I would not recommend this for normal to oily types.

Hi Lisa, Our balms are intentionally rich and nourishing, as they were designed to provide deep hydration and support the skin barrier. Unlike many traditional skincare creams, we don't use water as a filler ingredient, which means our formulas are highly concentrated and can feel very different from products you may be used to. Because of this, only a very small amount is usually needed, even for normal or oily skin types. However, we completely understand that skincare is very personal, and what feels perfect for one person may not be the right fit for another. We're glad to hear that you found the products pleasant and potentially effective, even though the texture wasn't what you were looking for.
