My experience was a very positive one !
My experience was a very positive one ! Varinea was very reassuring and calming when I started my journey, as my skin reacted quite badly, and I was very concerned that I may be allergic to your products. She told me it’s a common thing as the skin detoxes. And now after 4 days my skin has settled well. I’m happy and really looking forward to seeing amazing results !

I purchased the set of 4 and the arnica…
I purchased the set of 4 and the arnica cream and they made my skin breakout under my eyes and on my face in white pimples. I went online to ask for a refund but they don’t really refund. Only 1 item is eligible and you have use for 60 days to prove it’s not right for your skin! I’d have to be insane to keep using a product that is not right for me. This is not a real guarantee of their products

Great customer service
Had a small issue with some of the products and contacted customer support. I received an immediate response and a solution right away. The efficiency, professionalism, and reliability of the customer service honestly impressed me just as much as the products themselves. My only hope is that the product quality remains as consistent as it has been in the past, because I genuinely love the products. They are exactly what my skin needs, and I would be delighted to continue being a loyal customer for years to come.
