The response from Customer Service for clarification and guidance on their products was hyper fast, focused on my concerns, knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure to continue with the subscription, which is unbelievable. I really like the product, but it just doesn’t work for me. He understood. One question required some research on his part. Mick got back to me with follow up within a couple days. He was awesome. How I wish all companies had Customer Service that was truly Service Oriented. Thanks again.

Uso froya da poco più di 10giorni e quando corrugo la fronte - al tatto - le rughe sono meno profonde, oltre al fatto che la pelle sembra illuminata. Non so per quale motivo ci siano molti commenti negativi o forse posso ipotizzare: siamo abituate a creme con texture diversa (io per prima, la prima volta sembrava avessi fatto il bagno nell’olio), qui basta veramente una piccolissima quantità per riuscire a coprire il viso. L’ho comprata e la ricomprerò. PS. Non sono una del team che fa recensioni per aumentare audience. Per me funziona davvero

Ich habe zwei Cremes gekauft , da die vielversprechende Werbung mich gepackt hat. Leider ist daraus ein Abonnement für die beiden Produkte geworden. Es wurde nirgends deutlich darauf hingewiesen und ist erst bei der zweiten Abbuchung aufgefallen. Auf bitte die Bestellung sowie das Abo zu stornieren wurde mir gesagt dass die Cremes das Lager verlassen haben und ich auch kein Rückgaberecht bei der zweiten Bestellung habe. Das Abo wurde gekündigt. Nach einigen Mails wurde mir lediglich gesagt dass ich die Annahme verweigern könnte oder in die Post mit der Aufschrift "Return to Sender"kann.

Although the website is very difficult to navigate and the auto ship is difficult to turn off, the customer service team via email replied very quickly and got my request completed. Great in person customer service!
