I ordered the exfoliating face wash and didn’t care for it, but I forgot to cancel the subscription. My card was billed and I emailed the froya support. They were so quick to get back to me and were able to get the order cancelled for me.
Response from Froya OrganicsOct 7, 2026
Hey Carlee! Sorry the exfoliating face wash wasn't the right fit for you, not every product works for every skin! But I'm really glad our support team got the subscription cancelled and sorted out quickly once you reached out. We always want to make that kind of thing easy, no hoops to jump through. Thanks for giving us a shot! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Finger weg davon!!!!!!
