I don't leave reviews much, but I cannot say enough good things about the support team here. I received speedy replies and my concern was addressed in record time. I don't say that lightly. I have, literally, never heard back as quickly from anywhere else, as I did here. It was refreshing. JW

It’s been less than 2 weeks but so far…
It’s been less than 2 weeks but so far my favorite thing about my Frøya products is that they don’t sweat off. My face sweats a lot when I’m hot and the face balm stays on no matter what. I’ll get back to you after 2 months.

I didn't realize I signed up for a…
I didn't realize I signed up for a subscription. I like the product but did not need a subscription. I emailed them when I saw the additional charge and they immediately made sure the subscription was cancelled and refunded the charge. Excellent customer service.
