The support team was incredibly responsive and guided me every step of the way to a great resolution. I truly appreciated the level of customer service, they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Exceptional customer service is hard to come by these days, and this experience really stood out.

You get what you buy ☺️
It has wonderful textures and you really get what you were promised ☺️ I love the fact that the products smell like nature. You smell what it's made off, not some artificial perfume!

Ale was so helpful with listening to my…
Ale was so helpful with listening to my concerns about the product unfortunately not working for my stubborn acne prone face. There was not one ounce of judgement. She was so kind and truly just wanted to help. She was respectful, and responded to my questions incredibly fast. I was so so happy with our conversation and the resolution.
