I live in the central desert in the outback of Australia. The water out here is incredibly harsh, along with the desert sun, and the elements out here take a toll on skin, making it dehydrated. My friend and I had been on a hunt to find something that would hydrate our maturing skin while living out here. Both of us were trying a lot of different products between us, sharing and trialling... Froya has been the one skincare product that effectively hydrates both of our skin types, and we are both really happy with the condition of our skin since using Froya. We also love that this is a natural skin product and not full of chemicals. It actually hydrates our skin beautifully!

So disappointed. I wanted to like the products and the products aren’t cheap. They broke my skin out almost immediately and I’m not seeing any difference in my skin other than breakouts which I rarely ever experience. Super bummed and not happy.

Two weeks ago, I questioned my ability to be consistent using the products, but within the first 24 hours, I felt a difference in the texture and feel of my skin. I looked forward to my actual physical application of the balms, especially at night, and I began to explore all the nooks and crannies on my 77 year old face and neck, and enjoy the little massages I give them. The site is a scam in regards to returns. I haven't received my product yet and decided I want to start a refund right away since I found something else that's working for me in the mean time. Their response is "In these cases, and in line with our policy, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel the order or provide a return shipping label once it has already been processed. Also, since you'll be keeping the order, I can offer you a 15% refund as a gesture of goodwill." I looked at their policy more closely and it states that they have a 30-day return policy BUT you CANNOT return items that are beauty products which are the only items sold on their site. And you cannot return sale items (they have been running a 40% off sale for the past several months and it seems like it's always on sale). The only other way you can get your money back is the 60-day money back guarantee but that's the other catch. You need to submit a before photo BEFORE your package arrives. I tried starting the process but once you click on the link it says "you must wait at least 60-days before submitting a claim". So, they make it literally impossible for you to get your money back. All the promising wording of returns is just a marketing scheme.
