My experience with customer support and Ale at help were excellent. They responded immediately to email and handled my issue very well. Not many companies do that today. Well done!

Don't Trust the Guarantee!!
The product touts its guarantee...but the hoops to jump through before they allow returns are monumental. Photos on a regular basis, waiting a certain time period, etc. This is not at all clear from their massive and continual marketing. The product was very heavy, despite contacting them and following directions carefully. Using it made me wait more than an hour or more after application to apply sunscreen protection to my face...then it seemed to block any absorption. Some messages to the company went unanswered, only AI responses that did come through. You will get constant emails from AI characters about Nordic skincare and lifestyle. Overall, the product is not as promised, the customer service less than helpful and the return/satisfaction guarantee useless. Update: the company reached out (a human representative) and offered a 50% refund as a gesture of goodwill.

I needed some customer service help and…
I needed some customer service help and Ale answered my email and was incredibly helpful and efficient in communicating exactly what I needed. Ale is a real person! I was overjoyed, as I didn't have to go through an endless questionnaire, but could just state what I wanted and got my answer. Wonderful ! Thank you so much -- and the products are fabulous as well!

My skin is beautiful again
As women age, our skin makes us feel…how do I say…old, haggard and not very sexy! I bought Froya and felt the difference immediately, saw the difference in just a few days and others began noticing in 2 weeks. I am almost a month in, and I haven’t felt this confident with my skin’s appearance without makeup in years! Like wise goddess potential has been unlocked! Their customer service has also been great. I needed an adjustment to auto-ship and they corrected it immediately after my sending an email. Overall very impressed. I hope they create a full body skin regime because I will be in!!!

Customer Service - Above & Beyond
Varinea was so nice and went above and beyond! I am so grateful. I am only on day 3 using the products, but already loving the feel and look of my skin.

My acne has reduced drastically and…
My acne has reduced drastically and when I do get a pimple. It heals really fast and the hyperpigmentation is dramatically reduced.
