Exceptional Customer Service
Ale was really great to work with. I needed to return an order and cancel my subscriptions and she was SO helpful. She stayed in constant communication with me and was able to cancel my subscription and processed my refund as soon as my order was returned.

I'm turning 64 next month and this is the best product EVER
I'm turning 64 next month and have been waiting for something so natural for my skin to come along. I've been using Neutrogena Hydro Boost and though it makes my face and neck feel good and nourished, that feeling goes away quite soon and becomes dry again as if I didn't do anything. I saw this Froya on facebook and took about 5 seconds deciding to try! It's been 18 days and from day ONE I felt the change. It feels absolutely wonderful on my skin and for hours! I don't see a huge improvement yet but I felt it immediately. I'm very patient! I'm going through it twice as fast since I also cover my upper chest in it. I'm going to be looking for a deal to buy a set monthly. I LOVE THIS SYSTEM OF PRODUCTS! Send me a monthly deal and I will consistently buy!

I love that you noticed the difference from day ONE, that immediate feeling is exactly what we hope people get right away, and it only gets better the longer you stick with it, so your patience is going to pay off even more. Totally makes sense you're going through it faster since you're using it on your chest too, that's a great habit honestly. good customer service but beware of accidentally signing up for a subscription.
Even though I was caught off guard that I was signing up for a subscription when I placed an order from them I was able to get a good response from their customer service team and received a refund when I returned the products I didn´t need. The products are actually really good, but it takes a while before you get through them and need a restock.
