I want to give a huge shoutout to J. Mick from customer service team at Frøya Organics. My experience was fantastic - quick, kind, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It's rare to get this level of care and attentiveness these days.

Great experience! I received a damaged jar in my order. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement jar ASAP!

Had a problem with my order. The AI chat was so good and so quick - I actually thought I was talking to a human. It got a bit confusing when I did actually start talking to one, as the AI would send me a separate message as well so I was talking to 2 emails. Varinea who I had emails with, sorted my problem quickly and efficiency and was friendly and courteous. It's nice when a company has a good customer service to back up their products.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 17, 2026
Hi Paula! Ha, that's such a compliment to hear the AI chat felt that natural! Thanks also for flagging the mixed messages once a human joined in, that's useful feedback and I'll pass it along so we can smooth that overlap out. Glad the problem got sorted in the end! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Absolutely awful experience - I have been trying to get in touch with them for a couple of months but they simply do not reply. Very disappointed.

I really like the skincare products. I’ve noticed that my skin feels more hydrated and smoother. My makeup also seems to go on more easily and looks better, and I’m using less product than I did before.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 17, 2026
Hi Colleen! This makes me so happy to read!! Hydrated, smoother skin and makeup going on easier is exactly the kind of change we hope people notice. And using less product on top of that is such a nice bonus. Thanks for sharing this! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
