Great customer service from the Frøya team
The Frøya team have been fantastic to deal with. I was having issues with the courier delivery service not being able to locate my order. I reached out to the team and Varinea was so responsive. My issue was followed through, I was kept informed and it was escalated to follow up. Thanks Varinea and J. Mick for being so customer focused. I have my order now and can’t wait to see how the products work over the next couple of months.

Great customer service
My cream was received damaged. But within 10 minutes of sending my email, I received a response back informing me a replacement would ship next day. Amazing customer service.

Customer service is fantastic
Customer service is fantastic. Two product systems were placed by accident and Frøya reps were very helpful in offering a return of one product system upon receiving. I reached out and heard back within minutes. They were more than happy to rectify the situation. Great start. Can’t wait to get the products.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY
BEWARE THIS COMPANY! COMPLETE SCAMMERS! I bought their products to try out but never signed up to subscription to send me products every 60 days! They have taken £105 out of my account and said the product was on it's way and they couldn't stop it and I cannot get my money back! HOW COME A SUPPOSABLY SCANDINAVIAN COMPANY WORKS OUT OF USA? That's probably why their ghastly orange cream looks like a product Donald Trump uses! DON'T BE TAKEN IN BY THE AI RUBBISH!

I was surprised at how well this works…
I was surprised at how well this works on the redness. I have rosacea and very sensitive skin. It really seems to make a difference with the persistent rosacea discoloration and is so nice on my skin. I wish I could smell (no sense of smell) because I bet it smells good.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. There was a slight hiccup with website making duplicate orders and support team had it rectified in minutes with my card being refunded. Stellar service - can’t wait to try my new products
