lovely & responsive customer service
Hey, just wanted to report a really excellent customer service experience which isn't always the norm these days. If you are on the fence, I would recommend giving these products a try. They stand by their guarantee so you really can't lose out by trying. The anti age balm worked really well for my mom.

Tämä tuote on hintansa arvoinen. Iho on niin hyvässä kunnossa että en ole tarvinnut meikkivoidetta puoleen vuoteen. Ihoni on kuulas ja tasainen. Erittäin laadukkaita ja hyviä tuotteita joissa näkyy erinomaiset raaka- aineet. Tykkään myös lukea Froyan omistajan lähettämiä sähköposti kertomuksista. Koko Froya konseptista huokuu elämänilo ja välittäminen. Lämpimästi voin suositella!

So far I really like the products!!
I am only a couple of weeks in using the mature skin system with blemish stopper and so far I am enjoying the products and the simplicity of the protocol, my skin feels nice, I have had some breakouts since the changeover but Im going to trust the process and keep going. I do wish the products had more discernible packaging, they all look exactly the same in the dim evening light so I need to put stickers on the container lids to differentiate my nighttime products. There is also a TON of emails, which gets annoying.

Really appreciate the honest feedback on the packaging too, having everything look the same in low light is a fair point and something worth us looking at.
