Very helpful service
I placed an order & was unable to find where to put in the discount code. I sent an email and received a timely response-being it was later on Friday I was told I would get more information on Monday. I got an email Monday morning with information about a refund in the amount of the discount. Very prompt and helpful communication.

Didnt work for me but great customer service.!!
I actually didn't get on well with the product and it would seem I'm allergic to it, made my skin dryer and redder. I was upset that I wouldn't get my money back as per the guarantee because I hadnt taken and sent photos before the product arrived, which is a requirement I knew nothing about. However, when I have complained they have contacted me really quickly and given me all my money back. So actually I feel this is a trustworthy company who do mean what they say. I'm disappointed it didn't work for me but really happy that I was able to try it and haven't lost out in the process.

I suddenly experienced rosacea
I purchased because I suddenly had really painful rosacea, my normal skincare already was organic and clean but I needed something more … I bought the magic wrinkle night balm and the redness stopper and from the first application everything felt calmer. For me.. the change took 3 weeks and now my skin has never felt better. Many thanks Froya

Wish I did research first…
I placed an order before I did research on the ingredients and had to cancel my order/subscription because of some of the ingredients wouldn’t sit well for my fungal and hormonal acne prone sensitive skin. And customer service worked hard to get my order cancelled. They didn’t try to talk me into staying, trying out the product, they just really cared that k was worried about what it would do to my skin and they supported my request and got my order cancelled! Amazing service!

I've immediately loved the consistency…
