My order arrive with pkg damage and customer service sent me a replace supper quickly. !! I love the shampoo. It makes my hair “happy”. I’m so please with the product and the customer service. GREAT job Team!!

Overall my experience was good
Overall my experience was good. Varinea was very friendly and has been quick to respond to my emails. However, the length of time to receive my order has not been great. My first order I had no issue. This time it did not arrive and now waiting on an updated tracking for the replacement has been longer than desired.

Nice scent
Nice scent. I like the product feel, not sure on results yet as I've only been using it for seven days. I do like the exfoliating scrub alot. Speedy shipping.

I'm normally wary of buying products…
I'm normally wary of buying products off the internet but I have to say I'm convinced. I couldn't believe you needed so little of the products and thought well if it's no good then I'll return them. I wish now I had taken a before photo. It's been approx 6 weeks and I've noticed my skin is brighter,the pores on my nose and cheeks are almost invisible now. I've been using the day balm and miracle wrinkle night balm . It's quick and easy to use and my skin is feeling really soft without having to use lots of products.

Hi there, love turning a skeptic into a convert!! Good to know the return option was there as a safety net too, even though it sounds like you won't need it. Great customer service
Edited to say that once I posted a negative review about my experience trying to return products, Harold reached out and corrected the matter and offered me a refund. His offer was above and beyond, and while the products were not for me, his response made me change my review from one star to four!
