Excellent customer service
Varinea was very helpful in tracking an order for me. It had been 6-7 days after I placed the order & the tracking status still only stated "label created". Varinea immediately reached out to the warehouse and got things moving. I recieved the order within the next 2 days. The product itself is incredible and has transformed my skin. Read Your Guarantee Carefully
The guarantee is worthless. I am starting breast cancer treatment and have requested under special circumstances a refund. They have a playbook that goes blah blah. They don’t care if my skin burns from there products. Now, they have decided to refund my entire purchase and are wishing me the best of luck during my breast cancer treatments. Thank you and I do appreciate your support.

Grænseoverskridende klamt firma
Absolut værste oplevelse med dette klamme firma. De bombarderer din mail med spam mails dagligt selvom du har fravalgt det. De svarer ikke på henvendelser. Jeg afbestilte ordren og dagen efter afsendte de alligevel. Ingen besvarelser af mine mails! Sikke et elendigt firma. De er blevet anmeldt for deres ulovlige spam mails og jeg håber at de får store bøder.

Varinea was very friendly and helpful…
Varinea was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. My original package went missing, and she stayed in touch, reassured me, and arranged a replacement, which arrived safely.

Simple, natural, and wonderful
The communication from the company has been wonderful. I really feel like I am not on this journey alone. And my skin has calmed down quite a bit. I love the Instant Blemish and Redness Stopper the most. I can really tell a difference every morning. I hope to see continued progress over the next few weeks/months.
