Hi KW, this made my day!! Younger looking skin with diminishing lines and more plumpness is exactly what we hope for, so I'm thrilled to hear it. Thank you for the recommendation and for calling out the customer service too!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

First I just want to say that I love the products! They are working beautifully with my skin. I had to cancel my subscription because I don't use as much as the subscription replenishes. I contacted the help desk and they were very helpful in canceling my subscription and included a link when I am ready to replinesh!!
Response from Froya OrganicsAug 26, 2026
Hi Mary, thank you so much for this! So glad the products are working beautifully for your skin. And smart move cancelling the subscription until you actually need a refill, we always want the pace to match how you use it, not the other way around. Love that the team included that link for whenever you're ready. Thanks for sharing all this!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

The products didn’t work for me and broke me out but j Mick was exceptional with customer support
Response from Froya OrganicsAug 26, 2026
Hi Carley, I'm really sorry the products broke you out, that's genuinely disappointing and not the experience we want for you. I'm glad j Mick could still take great care of you through it though, he really does go above and beyond. Thank you for giving us the chance despite it not working out on the product side. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
