These reviews are all about customer service and not the products. I'd like to see reviews about the actual products before I order. Do you send trial sizes please? Thanks x So because I've given a 3 start review they want to remove it. Unless I respond with a reference number which they haven't given me. Bewarea!?

To be clear, we don't want to remove honest reviews just for being a 3 star rating, that's not something we'd ever ask for. If someone reached out asking for a reference number, I'd love to sort that out directly rather than through here, so please email us and we'll get it fixed. My pump is not working on my spray. I contacted support, J Mick gave me some troubleshooting tips, when that didn’t work he offered a replacement pump.

After 4 weeks, I am very satisfied with the mature skin products
After 4 weeks, I noticed my skin looks smoother and more hydrated. Still have some deeper lines but they seem a little softer. I love the fact there is no scent and I only have to use a little bit of the product each time. And having only one product in the AM and two in the PM, makes my routine much faster.

Great customer service!
