Wanted help combining two automatic refills and Ale was very prompt at responding and making that happen. I did not expect such a quick attentive turnaround. Thank you so much for helping me save on shipping! Love your product so far. 😁

I am giving 5 stars for customer service. I had a small concern with an order and reached out. After the first reply I felt that my concern was dismissed and honestly I was frustrated. I did not want to base my review solely on that because maybe I could have done better explaining my concern. I decided to write back again and Varinea listened and took care of it. That is the kind of customer service that is refreshing. Yes, I could have done better on the first contact with them but they listened and fixed it. Thank you Varinea for helping me when I was frustrated. I appreciate your help. SV

Hi there, thank you so much for this honest and thoughtful review. I'm really sorry the first reply left you feeling dismissed, that's not what we want anyone to feel. I'm so glad you gave us another chance to make it right, and that Varinea really listened and took care of it once you wrote back. Feedback like this genuinely helps us do better, so thank you for taking the time. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

The checkout process does not make it clear that you are signing up for a subscription. And unlike other companies, you do not receive an email about future orders until it is shipped. The product is sub-par. Greasy. Very small. Expensive. I contacted their customer service and received no reply. The other reviews do not fill me with confidence. I am reporting this business to my credit card company for fraud. As they’ve not followed the regulations regarding subscription model sales.
Response from Froya OrganicsAug 20, 2026
Hei Laura, Please bear in mind that we are here to help you out at [email protected] with anything that you need. It is also important to clarify that our subscriptions are opt in and are intended to make using our products a hassle-free experience complemented with some extra perks, which we clearly explain on our website. And most importantly, we DO send reminders before the next recurring order ships in case that there's a change of mind. We also have self-service options available in the Customer's portal. We apologize for any inconveniences that this may have caused, and we'd truly appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience and make it right for you. If you're willing, please allow our Customer Support team to contact you directly so we can better understand your concerns and see how we can help. Rest assured that we are a human operation and the only thing where AI help us is with our chatbot on our website. The actual conversation happens internally when we are given the opportunity to make things right for our community, and we look forward to working with you to resolve this the best way possible. Kind regards, Frøya Organics

The product is phenomenal and my skin loved it but I wanted to unsubscribe because I can’t afford it consistently. Ideally one should be able to unsubscribe and cancel a subscription effectively and easily by oneself instead of emailing in and relying on tech support.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 5, 2026
Hey Pandita, so glad to hear your skin loved the product! And thank you for the honest feedback on unsubscribing, that's really valuable for us to hear. We want that process to feel easy and self service, so I'll be passing this along to the team. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
