The Froya customer service is…excellent
The Froya customer service is excellent! I explained my concerns to how my skin is responding to the products and they responded in a very timely manner and resolved immediately. I wish more companies were more like Froya Organics!

I had been waiting to try Froya for a long time - and I'm so glad I finally purchased! After 2 weeks of use, the skin on my face is noticeably softer and definitely firmer - fewer lines and less "crepey" in my cheek area. I feel like I look younger with much "dewier" looking skin. I am 60 - highly recommend. Also, their customer service is outstanding!! Personal messages from Line, the founder/owner.

Product Return
I returned a product no longer required. Ale was really helpful in advising how best to do this and followed the return closely. Refund paid immediately on return. Great to have some really lovely customer service. Definitely would repeat buy in the future. Thank you.

Customer support as good as their products
The Froya products are amazing but when I had an issue with an order and needed to contact customer service I was very pleased with the response. Initially I got an AI response which was helpful in itself. When I needed further communication the AI led me to Anjelika in the support team. She very quickly addressed and rectified my issue. I’m happy to say that their back of house appears to be as good as their products. ☺️
