Great product, I love how it moisturizes my skin and the whole buying process was easy and the emails and follow ups were a very nice touch. This product is well thought out.

I appreciated the info given with each product and the series of emails sent about the ingredients used and best way to utilize the products. I decided not to reorder and asked their team to help me cancel my subscription and their team was very quick to respond and they even assisted in canceling the order that was processing at the time that I did not want to go through. While I don't feel the skincare was the best fit for me, I did appreciate their customer service team's understanding and efficiency in assisting me with questions and requests.

Hi Danielle, thank you so much for this thoughtful feedback. Sorry the skincare wasn't quite the right fit for you, but really glad our team could help cancel your subscription quickly, including that order already in process. We appreciate you giving us a try and for the kind words about the team's efficiency. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Super products, great customer service. Unfortunate that their store logisticssystem doesn’t recognize that something is not in stock and the payment is failing so I thought something was wrong with my card. Would have been nice to be informed. But when I asked I’ve got at super fast, nice and clarifying answer. Would recommend Frøya anyway

Hi Mie, thank you for this! Sorry for the confusion with the payment and stock issue, that would definitely be worrying, we'll pass that along about being informed sooner. But really glad you got a fast and clarifying answer once you asked, and thank you for still recommending Frøya. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Ale with Froya Customer Service was so helpful to me today. I needed to cancel an order, and most of my experience with online ordering and needing to cancel has not been great with other companies. I’ll handled the issue immediately and was very kind in the process. Excellent customer service!

Stephanie
I needed to cancel an order as I have so much in back stock. I reached out via email and quickly received a reply. She indicated she’d try to work with the warehouse and cancel, but couldn’t confirm right away. She emailed me back promptly the next day and indicated she was able to cancel. I really appreciated the personal message as well as the follow up. It doesn’t happen with many companies, so Froya is one to purchase from. Plus, their products are amazing!

That personal touch and follow up is exactly what we aim for. Thanks so much for trusting Frøya. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
