Customer Service was quick to respond to my concern and responded with respect and reason. These are the most important elements of a conversation between people. It is such a breath of fresh air to have experienced. Thank You!

This really made me smile reading it. Respect and reason should be the bare minimum in any conversation, but I know that's not always the case out there, so thank you for noticing and taking the time to say so. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Was afraid my product was used and customer service helped me. I have been enjoying the jar of the night balm. It leaves my dry skin feeling supple.

Fantastic customer service! Got a fast response and were willing to help me out twice with an address issue and made everything right! And the products are amazing! This is the first time in years that I've found skin care without bad skin reaction and has helped keep my rosacea, acne and dryness under control! Super excited to try the face cleanser and eye cream! And probably all their other products!!
Response from Froya OrganicsAug 30, 2026
Hi Marisa! Thank you for this, really glad our team made sure that address issue got sorted properly, even when it took a couple tries. And wow, hearing that your rosacea, acne, and dryness are finally under control after years of bad reactions means a lot to us. Hope the face cleanser and eye cream treat you just as well!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
