Great products
Great products, great service! First, I enjoyed using the skincare products, especially face and eye balm. Initially I thought they might be too thick but they’re not at all, it really helps protect my skin and not feel too heavy, I ended I having too much products so I asked them to pause subscription and that was done quickly, thank you!

Noticed a difference in under a week
Product is great and I have noticed a difference in just a few days. I had a question about billing and they were very responsive. Great experience with the company and product so far!

I was very disappointed to have to cancel my subscription but it was a very simple, straightforward and hassle free process. Prompt, efficient and friendly despite cancellation.

Professional and personality
I had an issue with delivery. Talking to support through email, they helped with a reshipment. I am very excited to try. Customer service was very professional, thorough and kind. This company does not make you feel like most companies do (just a number). I love the flowers and personality this particular customer representative sends with her emails. 🌟

I love having a simplified routine and…
I love having a simplified routine and my skin looks great so far! I personally think the products smell amazing and don’t feel heavy or like the are sitting on top of my skin.

Froya did a great job of responding to my request to cancel my order.
Froya did a great job of responding to what mattered most to me; Which was canceling my order because the shipping costs were calculated without my knowledge.
