I needed to make a change to the frequency of my order. I sent an email to Customer Service and received a reply the next day. Varinea (the Customer Service rep) was friendly and took care of my request promptly. I needed to make an additional change and that was also handled in one day.

Hi Polly! Thank you for this lovely review. I'll pass this along to Varinea, she'll be so happy to know her quick and friendly help made a difference for you. Glad we could get both changes to your order frequency sorted so quickly, that's exactly how it should work. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I have just started using these natural products and have already noticed a difference to my skin after just 2 weeks I've never used anything like these before having always used products with artificial additives and probably too harsh for my 65 year old face my skin feels much more moisturized and my dark patches already seam a little lighter
Response from Froya OrganicsAug 31, 2026
Hi there! This made me smile, thank you for sharing. Two weeks in and already noticing your skin feel more moisturized, with those dark patches looking a little lighter, that's such a great sign. Switching over from harsher products for the first time can feel like a big change, so I'm really glad it's working out for you. Keep going, it only gets better from here! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I bought the Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm and it’s a nice product but didn’t make any visible difference to my skin. When I originally bought it I made sure to activate the 60 day guarantee so when it didn’t make a difference to my skin I was able to get a refund. The customer service rep, J Mick, helped me through this process and was very friendly and professional. It’s a shame I didn’t see the results some people get but it was worth a try.
Response from Froya OrganicsAug 31, 2026
Hi LP! Thank you for such an honest review, I really appreciate it. I'm sorry the Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm didn't work out for your skin, everyone's skin is different and it doesn't always click the same way for everyone. Really glad our 60 day guarantee was there for you when you needed it, and that J Mick made the refund process smooth and easy. Thanks for giving us a try, and if you ever want to explore a different product down the line, we're always here to help you find the right fit. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
