I am very happy with my purchase
I am very happy with my purchase, and my skin likes it too! I got the Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm, and so far, I’m really pleased with it. I also think the purchasing process went very smoothly. There is a clear option to choose between a subscription and a one-time purchase. I don’t really understand the negative comments from people who ended up with a subscription (probably tempted by the big discount) and then said they did not realize they had subscribed. The options are clearly presented, so I personally found the whole process very straightforward.

I placed an order and waited 14 days…
I placed an order and waited 14 days without receiving any updates or even information about shipping. I finally contacted customer support to ask about the status of my order. They told me they would forward my request and get back to me. However, the very next day, my order was cancelled and my money was refunded. I then emailed them asking why my order had been cancelled, but I never received a response. Very disappointing experience. The lack of communication and customer service was extremely frustrating. I definitely would not order from here again.

Getting my Glow Back
I have extremely sensitive skin. I’ve only ever found one other product (Aurabiom) aside from Froya that has worked to properly hydrate, repair my skin barrier, reduce fine lines, and bring back my glow. I love this line of products. I got the mature skin bundle. I’m American, but Scandinavian by blood, and my skin is in love; it’s like it was made for me. Will be trying the rosacea balm next.

Day Glowing Balm & Customer service
I’ve been using their products for a few years and I absolutely love them. I’m 55 and my “go to” is the Day Glowing”. I apply it before makeup and it makes my skin glow, make up applies more easily and I feel more confident in my skin. A few days ago, someone placed an order under my account. I contacted Froya and J. Mick immediately resolved the issue. They were very helpful and just one more reason to continue to purchase from Frøya.
