Excellent support team
Even though I placed my concern on a weekend, I received an email saying it would be addressed on Monday and it was! An explanation was given and the situation was immediately resolved. More reason to love Froya and the support team. -Lynne Peterson (Froya Forever)

I would rather is natural chemical free products on my skin
I love using all natural products that don’t have ingredients like harshchemicals. Easy to determine what products are best for me and the products are easy to use. I am curious if you have anything for melasma, as I was just informed that the dark spots on my arms were melasma.?

Brilliant products

Great customer service (Anjelika)
I was up north in an area with spotty service when I got the email my subscription order was going to ship. I clicked “skip order” and went about my day. Fast forward a week or so and my email confirmation came that the order was processing (my bad cell service must not have had the request go through). It’s not in my budget this month nor do I need more right now so I asked to cancel the order. Typically I get a response that “sorry, order is already processing, nothing we can do now” but Anjelika in customer service did all she could, contacted the warehouse and got my order cancelled before they could send it out. Thanks so so much! Great customer service.

Really glad Anjelika went the extra mile and called the warehouse directly to stop it before it shipped, instead of just saying there was nothing to be done. Customer Service was amazing
Customer Service was amazing. I had too much of my products left so I needed to cancel my refill. Unfortunately I got charged and they representative was able to stop the shipment in time and refund me my money. I love the product itself but wasn't ready for another set. Thank you for everything ❤️
