Didn’t realise I had signed up to a subscription, didn’t like the products, they have charged me without my authorisation and have offered me a 15% discount. I don’t want them sent to me and I don’t want a discount. I want my money back and I want not to receive the next shipment! This is a marketing scam, stay away!!!!!
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 2, 2026
Hei Nicola, It is important to clarify that our subscriptions are opt in and are intended to make using our products a hassle-free experience complemented with some extra perks, which we clearly explain on our website. And most importantly, we DO send reminders from [email protected] before the next recurring order ships in case that there's a change of mind. We also have self-service options available in the Customer's portal. We'd truly appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience and make it right for you. If you're willing, please allow our Customer Support team to contact you directly so we can better understand your concerns and see how we can help. Rest assured that we are a human operation and the only thing where AI help us is with our chatbot on our website. The actual conversation happens internally when we are given the opportunity to make things right for our community, and we look forward to working with you to resolve this the best way possible. We are also available for assistance at [email protected]. Kind regards, Frøya Organics

I had the most wonderful experience with Froyas customer service team. I had placed an order by accident which I hadn’t budgeted for that month and they were so quick to respond and remedy the situation and help get my refund going quickly. I do appreciate how kind and courteous Varinea was with their response. Thank you so much Froya ❤️ Nikki Mahouski-Cruz

The group was very understanding about my situation. They cared enough to refund me based on my experience not the standard time frame. They were fast and efficient.
