While I was unable to continue using the products for sensitivity reasons, the customer service help was exceptional. Communication was consistent, and the follow up was very much appreciated! I will still recommend this company to those seeking its offerings! -RG

Amazing response time- the response…
Amazing response time- the response answered all my concerns and was very detailed. As a mom going through postpartum and learning the new role of mom, not having to go back and forth was a blessing and Jason was very kind in his response. 5 star customer service. Would recommend this brand just based off this!

I love the simplicity
I love the simplicity! I’m an esthetician of 26 years and I don’t sell retail because of all the scams and overpriced products. I’ve let my clients know about Froya because I’m pleased with the results. It’s safe enough to incorporate with treatments I offer and helps heal the skin quickly.

Great Customer Service and Support
I initially experienced some issues with the Night Wrinkle Repair product. Customer Service was very helpful and suggested a few tips to resolve the problem. When those solutions didn’t work, they promptly replaced the product, which I greatly appreciated. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and willingness to make things right.
