My concern was taken seriously
I had asked for my next order to be postponed several weeks, and the system didn't pick that up, so when I saw the charge on my bank account I emailed about it. An employee contacted me to say that she was going to see if she could stop the order from going out and have the charge reversed. She was successful, and the funds showed up in my bank right away.

Grateful for the help fixing an order frustration
I was beyond frustrated when my order was flagged as a wholesaler since I bought two additional sets for family gifts. Miguel was a good listener and understood my concerns and frustrations. He made it all right within just a few minutes. I'm very grateful.

Their products do NOT do what they…
Their products do NOT do what they claim. But even worse than that, they FAKE order you, and you get an email telling you that this shit you ordered is on its way, but I DID NOT ORDER IT So you sit on the phone for hours going back and forth and they tell you some guy is going to email you, but he never does. AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Old fashioned customer service ( a good thing!)
Well, are not these guys THE BEST? Sadly now we have to say ' old fashioned ' customer service which means putting me first. Used to happen all the time, sigh .. I digress. A teeny weeny hitch on the subscription and WHAM! all sorted by the fabulous team - in minutes frankly. What a team! WHAT A PRODUCT!
