I had a bad facial reaction to Froya products and was trying to get a refund but the website said I couldn’t because i opened up rhe package. Then when I read the 60 day guarantee, it required me to use the product longer, which i simply could not because my face broke out into a rash, and was swollen and cracking/bleeding in some areas. I reached out to customer service and quickly received a response to stop using the product, send images of myself, and then shortly after received a refund. The rep was pleasant, fast and understood my discomfort. Thank you for helping me!

Being in my 60s I purchased the range for mature skin. It’s been about 2weeks and so far I have noticed my skin very hydrated and so soft to touch. It’s early days yet so I’m hoping for a more even skin tone and more hydration to my eye area, the eye troughs if that’s possible. I particularly like the granule scrub which I add to my cleansing balm and I have noticed a great difference hence the skin is soft to touch. I love that each jar is so compact, I have left them all in the box as they arrived and would be a must for travelling. Secure and protected, just as they arrived.

Great products but I had an issue with subscription but their customer service is exemplary. Dealt with Ale and she resolved the issue and went above and beyond.

I have been using The Anti Aging 4 pack, for about 2 weeks now. My skin feels so so healthy, nourished and supple. There is definitely a difference in appearance. My skin texture is soft and smooth, and my skin tone is much more even. I would not consider not wearing a light tinted moisturiser in the past, now I don’t like putting anything on my face ( although I still do at times) after using these products. I feel I don’t need it as much. I have always worn sunscreen on my face, so now need to find a great one that is also amazing for my skin. Thanks Frøya 🙏☮️💟

I was sceptable about purchasing this product, especially after spending lots of money on skin products but the ads drew me to it. I have older skin and just wanting to believe there must be something out there to help us ease into aging would give me peace. So I tried it. Was meh at first, thinking oh ok, more dollars down the drain. But unexpectantly I got a cold sore on the side of my lip, just the very beinnings of it, but I went ahead and applied the lotion to all of my face and the next morning, I said "No Way". What?? Having to deal with these sores since I was 13, I know the progress these things have, they are fast and stubborn. This was hardley there, in 2 days it was gone. If it can clear that, just think of the healthiness it is doing for your skin. A satisfied customer, will continue using your product for sure.
