Besides loving the products, I recently contacted customer service regarding an issue I had with the products. It became grainy after some time. I was advised to put it in warm water - which helped for some. And I even got a replacement product instead of the one that was affected the most! Great support and service!

Froya customer service was able to be responsive in a timely manner to my email message. I wanted to cancel a subscribed order I didn’t necessarily need at the time. It’s my fault for not paying attention to their email notifications and keeping up with what I am subscribed to, but Solveig from Froya was able to get what I wanted done. Thank you Froya team. I also love the product itself. It keeps my skin looking moist and glistened. Try this brand out and see what you think.

I completely agree with the disappointed reviews below, as I’m experiencing the same poor customer service from Froya Organic. I have been trying to get a refund for an unopened order and have sent multiple emails, but I’m still being ignored. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly urge Froya Organic to improve the way it treats its customers.. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I’d avoid now. Gutted. Update: another generic reply and not from this review! saying i can only return the first order. Which this is not. But it’s unopened. Quick chatgpt and it’s against my statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.sell in the UK. You need to follow the laws. Now taking this to Citizens Advice and contacting my debit-card provider regarding a charge back. They’re just making excuses to those wanting to return their orders that they’ve changed email providers. Meh.

I ordered the complete system for mature skin a bit ago but unfortunately my sensitive skin had a bad reaction a few weeks into using them. I got in touch with Jason M. who made it unbelievably easy to walk me through what he needed in order to cancel my subscription and start a refund. The entire process was clearly communicated and Jason was very empathetic and understanding. What a wonderful company. Even though my skin had other plans, I would still highly recommend using their products and this company. Just outstanding. Thank you, Jason!
