One of the worst places to buy jewelry. Horrible packaging, Horrible quality! I paid $250 for a pare of plastic "gold" earrings I could have got it for less than $5 I also bought a custom "gold" chain that was not gold. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Ripoff

My fiancé recently purchased a engagement ring from frostnyc and the diamond is not the quality that we chose and paid for which was a vs2 and tops it’s a I-2 you can see carbon in the diamond with the naked eye. The ring also has unfinished prongs and is sharp on the end. I contacted their customer service department and asked for a refund and was told I could not get a refund and was hung up on. Also emailed and asked to at least replace the diamond with what we paid for and have not gotten a response.

I purchased a 14k gold personalized name necklace and honestly I was getting frustrated due to it being over a month late to ship. I ordered on May 6, and recieved it today June 12. It is beautiful! I am very satisfied with my purchase, despite the the long wait.
